She was instrumental in the massive growth of a regional ministry, scaling a single event of 97 men into a thriving outreach hosting over 9,000 attendees annually across men’s, women’s, and marriage conferences. With a proven track record of leadership and a heart for people, Rachel looks forward to the continued opportunity to impact lives.

Our School Board consists of nine members, all of whom are relatives of current students. This ensures our leadership is personally invested in the success of our community. Above all, we strive to keep God at the center of every decision, seeking His guidance as we serve our students and families.
We value the voices of our families and welcome your involvement:
Open Sessions: Parents are invited to attend the open sessions of our Board meetings.
Addressing the Board: If you would like to speak during a meeting, please submit a written request at least one week prior to the scheduled date.
To ensure both stability and fresh perspectives, the Board follows a structured governance model:
Member Elections: All members are democratically elected by the parents and legal guardians of our students.
Staggered Terms: Members serve three-year terms, with one-third of the Board elected annually.
Term Limits: To encourage new voices, members may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms before a mandatory one-year break.
In the interest of transparency and fairness, the Board maintains a formal grievance process:
Submission: Grievances should be submitted in writing to a Board member or administrator.
Review: The Board will review the matter and provide a written response within 30 days.
Seeking a Conclusion: A formal hearing may be requested if needed. Following this, the Board will provide a final decision to bring the matter to a prayerful and definitive close with the school’s best interests at heart.
Providence Christian Academy provides a nurturing environment for families in Lebanon, MO and surrounding Laclede County."
